MEI is pleased to announced the closing of 6,600 SF of industrial warehouse/flex office lease transactions in Inglewood, CA. Chelsea Novelli of MEI Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the transaction and secured two tenants for the 6.6K SF+ space at terms meeting the client’s expectations. The warehouse was leased to two separate users, one user occupying the 3,400 SF building for a brand collaboration use and the other occupying the 3,200 SF warehouse for a luxury furniture staging business. The users occupy their own buildings however share a common yard in the property rear. The property is adjacent to the soon to be completed  Fairview Heights Metro station which is expected to open in April of 2020 and is just 5 minutes north of the incoming NFL stadium.The tenants have long-terms goals to operate at the building and will see extreme gentrification in the area as Inglewood continues to develop and property rates/values continue to rise.
