The MEI Team continually has its finger on the pulse of the real estate marketplace primarily in the southwest but also throughout the country.  In today’s world the Internet has made it possible to explore a wider geographic area than was ever possible before.  Utilizing tools made available by today’s technology the MEI team is able to define emerging real estate markets and opportunities within those markets that present potential returns that out-weigh the disadvantages of the capital risk taken.  Tempered by the understanding that we are not the only firm out there looking at real estate opportunities, the MEI team uses time tested market analysis and due diligence techniques in determining if a real estate investment is worthy of our partners and clients capital. 

Real Estate investment opportunities are capitalized on for our partners with whom we invest with and for our clients with whom we invest for.  Our transactional experience includes the acquisition of commercial office, retail, multi-family, and mixed-use developments in California, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada.

Value Added Opportunities:
Investments, which present special opportunities driven by market conditions, a unique intrinsic quality of the asset itself or a combination of the two. The MEI Team defines the opportunity or intrinsic quality, develops a plan for taking advantage of it and implements that plan to eventual economic success.

Cashflow Driven Investments:
Often time the MEI Team is called upon to invest equity in stable investments which offer the best opportunity for long term stable growth with little or limited economic risk.  While opportunities exist in most markets for investments of this type; it is the keen eye and evaluation skills of the MEI Team that can thoroughly vet such an opportunity.
