Dennis and Chelsea of MEI represented the Landlord in the transaction to secure market rents on a long-term deal for the 3,490 SF hard-corner endcap space, just weeks after being listed on the market. The lease features limited TIs, annual increases and immediate delivery. The local heated fitness concept is excited to enter the westside market and will serve as fabulous co-tenants with the existing retailers in the surrounding area. The multi-year lease at the property was negotiated at terms meeting the owner’s expectations and was instrumental in finalizing leasing at the building.
