Best Plaza sits at the end of a mile-long power center, Torrance Promenade, and is home to a number of other national and regional retailers in the fitness, health, and medical field. The lease was negotiated at terms exceeding the client’s expectations and the tenant will open for business at the end of Q1, 2020.
