MEI is pleased to announced the closing of a 3-year lease transaction with an upscale eyewear concept at 461 N. Canon Drive in the heart of Beverly Hills. MEI represented the Landlord and Tenant in the transaction to secure market rents on a deal for the flagship retail space. The lease featured no TI’s, annual increases and immediate occupancy. The established eyewear retailer relocated from a previous location on Rodeo Drive and will serve as a fabulous co-tenant, adjacent to the new world-renowned Tatel luxury restaurant space. The multi-year lease at the property was negotiated at terms meeting the owner’s expectations and the new tenant is currently open for business.
