MEI is pleased to announced the closing of a 5,000 SF lease transaction for an established business in Inglewood, CA. MEI represented both the Landlord and Tenant in the transaction to lease available office/flex space in the multi-tenant commercial property. The regional tenant was a great addition to the owner-occupied building and is a great fit within the immediately surrounding area. The multi-year lease at 340 E. Kelso Street was negotiated at terms meeting the owner’s expectations and featured annual increases on an as-is deal.
