Matt J. Crawford, Senior Commercial Associate
Mr. Crawford has recently joined MEI Real Estate Services as a Senior Commercial Associate.
MEI added Matt to its Brokerage Team to represent client, acquisition, disposition and borrowing needs. Matt specializes in the acquisition and sale of investment properties, including retail, office, industrial and multi-family assets. He has an acute understanding of financial, physical and market dynamics of the real estate and the transactional process. His dedication and understanding has already brought value to MEI, its partners and the clients they represent.
For eight years prior to joining MEI Real Estate Services, Matt oversaw Triwell Properties Investment division, Sourcing, negotiating and closing real estate sale and loan transactions. He was involved in the acquisition, disposition and financing of commercial real estate assets worth over $150 million.
Matt brings with him 6 years of experience as a mortgage broker; working in such capacity with American Capital Corporation, facilitating residential and commercial financing.
Not a stranger to the legal wrangling of Real Estate Transactions, Matt spent 5 years in the real estate department as a paralegal for the Law Offices of Toomey, Artiano & Wohn.
Matt is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Psychology. Matt is married with one son and one daughter and lives in El Segundo, California.
