The 95,000 square foot Center is 97% occupied by a mix of national and regional tenants. The anchor recently extended their lease for an additional 10 years. Borrower opted for low leverage financing. The non-recourse loan had an LTV of 25% of “As-Is” value and was priced at 3.75%.
