Mr. McKeegan is the founder and President of MEI Real Estate Services, a real estate Investment, Brokerage, Management and Consulting firm specializing in the investment, enhancement and repositioning of commercial real estate assets.
Prior to forming MEI Real Estate Services in 1987, he served as a Manager for Jones Lang Wooten International. During his tenure with Jones Lang Wooten, he specialized in the repositioning of Class ‘A’ office building assets.
Prior to Jones Lang Wooten, he worked with Olympic Plaza Partners where he established and successfully ran the largest executive suite in West Los Angeles. Before joining Olympic Plaza Partners, Ed clerked for a number of law firms while attending law school.
A graduate of Niagara University in New York, with degrees in business marketing and political science, he holds a Juris Doctorate from Western State University in Fullerton, California and has attained the Certified Property Manager credential from the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is presently a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
Through MEI, he has provided real estate investment, brokerage and management expertise to Investment Partnerships, Trust Departments (including those at Union Bank of California, Wells Fargo Bank, and First American Trust Company), as well as institutional real estate investors such as Great American Insurance Company, TA Associates, RCB Trust and Southport Financial Corp. In this capacity he has sold, leased and managed dozens of residential, commercial office, retail, and industrial properties. His transactional and management expertise has been a significant factor in structuring successful real estate transactions and increasing real estate cashflows and values. He has served as a Court appointed Receiver. He is most expert at and has extensive experience in turning around under performing assets.
He maintains professional memberships in the Institute of Real Estate Management, CCIM, the Urban Land Institute, the American Industrial Real Estate Association, and the California Association of Realtors. Ed holds a real estate broker license in both California and Arizona, and is a general contractor in the State of California. In 2003, he served as the Los Angeles Chapter President for the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Chief Financial Officer
Amy joined MEI Real Estate Services in 1991 as the Chief Financial Officer. She oversees all aspects of the accounting and finance functions for a large portfolio of commercial, retail and residential properties.
Prior to MEI, she worked for KPMG Peat Marwick where she pursued her CPA designation and shortly thereafter joined Trammell Crow Company in the management and accounting for a 1.5 million square foot office complex located in Orange County. Amy graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting from the University of California in Santa Barbara. Amy is married with two daughters and lives in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Dennis Dillon joined MEI Real Estate Services in 1995 after relocating to Southern California from the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently vice president of the firm, Mr. Dillon has over thirteen years of experience in the sales, acquisitions and leasing of real property in California.
Prior to joining the MEI team, Mr. Dillon worked with the Connolly Brothers Realty Group specializing in leasing, management and receivership for a diverse group of institutional and individual clients. During his tenure there, Mr. Dillon was involved with office, retail, multi-family residential and industrial properties throughout Northern California as well as in the Los Angeles area. From acquisition, to management, leasing and final disposition, Mr. Dillon gained invaluable hands-on experience with many aspects of commercial real estate.
Since Joining MEI, Mr. Dillon has specialized in the leasing, acquisition and sales of real estate assets throughout the Los Angeles basin and in the Southwestern United States. He has worked closely with clients to understand their individual needs and plan strategies for the optimal utilization of their assets.
Mr. Dillon is a graduate of the Haas Business School at the University of California, Berkeley, where his emphasis of study was Real Estate and Finance. He has traveled extensively throughout the world for both work and pleasure. Among other philanthropical endeavors, Mr. Dillon combines his love of the outdoors and bicycling with an annual ride for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society to raise funds in the fight against the disease. Mr. Dillon lives at the beach in Manhattan Beach, California.

Chelsea Novelli joined MEI Real Estate Services in early 2012 as a research analyst, focusing her efforts on investment and site analysis of retail assets in Southern California. Since joining MEI, Chelsea has taken over as the Director of Marketing for all single-tenant and multi-tenant commercial properties and projects. Chelsea is additionally a key member of the MEI Brokerage Team where she focuses on tenant and landlord representation of retail and office space in the West Los Angles and South Bay marketplaces.
As a Southern California native, she has developed exceptional market familiarity and an intimate knowledge of retail properties. Chelsea is invested in finding the right opportunities for her clients and skilled at bringing together tenants and transformational retail and office environments. Using her ground level experience and local expertise, she creates a competitive advantage that allows each client to tailor plans and goals for the future. Chelsea’s real estate knowledge and 5+ years of high quality brokerage expertise is an excellent complement to 27 years of MEI transactional history.
Chelsea is a licensed real estate agent with two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles. She continues to further her education with plans of becoming a California licensed real estate broker.

Mr. Rodney Stringer joined MEI Real Estate Services in 2013 and is currently the Vice President of Property Management. Mr. Stringer’s twenty-eight (28) years of experience in property management and accounting along with great attention to detail helps make MEI Real Estate Services unique in the industry. Mr. Stringer directs the Property Management division overseeing hundreds of millions of dollars in assets.
Prior to joining the MEI team, Mr. Stringer worked nearly ten (10) years with a prominent third-party asset management company based in Orange County and was an Assistant General Manager trained by an S&P 100 company and leader in the global retail real estate industry that owns or has an interest in more than 300 retail real estate properties in North America and Asia comprising approximately 240 million square feet. During his tenure, Mr. Stringer was responsible for approximately 3 million square feet of property in and around the greater Los Angeles and Orange county areas and Arizona. His knowledge, experience and training in property management, leasing and accounting contribute to the MEI Real Estate Services Team.
Mr. Stringer is a former President and a current Director on the Board of Directors of the Cooper Arms Homeowner’s Association, a Ca. Non-Profit, Mutual Benefit Corporation. He is a Realtor and member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Pacific West Association of Realtors and the Community Association Institute. In addition to various industry memberships, Mr. Stringer is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California.
Mr. Stringer is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles where he completed his B.A. degree in Economics. His study of business, real estate and a graduate level study in marketing, combined with his experience and dedication to the commercial real estate industry contributes to the confidence MEI instills in their clients.

Diana Leal joined MEI Real Estate Services in 2014 and is currently an Assistant Property Manager.
Prior to joining MEI, Diana Leal worked as an assistant property manager for a real estate investment and property management company focused on the student housing markets at USC, Cal Poly Pomona, and UC Berkeley. Diana has experience in residential property management, commercial property management, lease administration, portfolio management, and project management. Her focus is and always has been on delivering exceptional customer service. Her experience and passion for real estate contributes to the expertise that MEI provides their clients.

Property Management Accountant

Tim joined MEI in 2006 as the Property Management Accountant and is currently responsible for the daily accounting function of a large portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties.
Tim brings over 15 years experience in property management accounting. Prior to MEI, Tim worked for Grubb & Ellis Company in Los Angeles and prior to that at CBRE in Newport Beach. His responsibilities included overseeing the day to day activities of property accounting for various class-A commercial office buildings and retail shopping centers across the western United States.
Tim graduated Magna Cum Laude from Snow College in Ephraim, UT and received his Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration. Tim is married and currently lives in Los Angeles, CA.
