Dennis and Chelsea of MEI represented the Landlord in the transaction to secure market rents on a long-term deal for the flagship retail space, just weeks after being listed on the market. The lease features annual base rent increases, no tenant improvements and no downtime or vacancy between tenant turnover. The luxury service retailer is excited to open in the Beverly Hills market and will serve as excellent co-tenants with the existing retailers in the surrounding area. The multi-year lease at the property was negotiated at terms meeting the owner’s expectations and was instrumental in finalizing leasing at the building.
