We are pleased to announce the recent acquisition of a 6,534 SF multi-tenant strip retail center located in Phoenix, Arizona near The University of Phoenix Stadium. At acquisition, the asset was 84% leased to a mix of primarily national retail tenants including Metro PCS, Boost Mobile, and Subway. The asset is part of a larger retail center which includes Walgreens, Papa john’s Pizza, Auto Zone, and a regional Eye Care Center. The 13 year old center boasts prominent monument signage on a busy corner location. Dennis Dillon and Chelsea Novelli represented the buyer, MEI Capital Partners, on the acquisition.
